trent and i just got back from mexico. we went with some friends. luckily we didn't see any pigs. but we ate THe best pork quesadillas EveR! ! ! when we were in mexico last thanksgiving with our same friends we ate at Elmer's and it was better than we remembered. which is amazing since we were obessed with it last time. kami and i almost didn't do any grocery shopping beforehand since we could really eat this stuff for breakfast, lunch and dinner. trust me we tried, but since greg grew up in mexico eating Elmer's, this didn't happen. boo greg. if you are ever passing through Colonial de Juarez be sure to stop by and experience Elmer's delicious menu for yourself. Yep they have orange fanta to wash it down. We will miss you this summer Elmer! !

oh ya? was it even better than riding on a bus, playing with buddy the dog, walking FOREVER and than finding some creepy hole in the wall mexican diner? yes, i'm talking about the beautiful town of Progreso.
